She favors nostalgic cartoons, nuclear physics, and advanced technology. If she’s driven to a certain point, she’ll snap, and is accepting of her surroundings, often acting on impulse. Jade Harley – Jade is one of the more light-hearted characters, tending to be silly and easy-going.

Usually she plays coy to conceal her emotions, but once in a while she will succumb to them in a highly unpredictable manner.ĭave Strider - Dave tends to portray himself as extremely ironic, so as to hide from the harsh truths of reality. Rose Lalonde - Rose likes knitting and Lovecraftian horrors, and is quite formal and articulate.
He can be a bit absent-minded however, and sometimes not think about later consequences. John Egbert - John thoroughly enjoys pranks, but he’s a very honest and straightforward individual. They are also known as the Beta Kids, because they partake in the Beta session of Sburb. These thirteen-year-olds play Sburb with little knowledge of what will happen in the near future. In the beginning acts of Homestuck, we are introduced to four kids (left to right) - John Egbert, Rose Lalonde, Dave Strider, and Jade Harley. There's a lot of Homestuck characters, and they're all important.
